- Expanding to more than 12 cities in 15 months. With the Series A2 round, Brick&Bolt has raised a total of $16 million. Earlier Sequoia Surge, Foundamental, HDFC Capital Advisors Limited and Stride Ventures have invested in Brick&Bolt. In Jan 2023, we raised Series A2 Funding of $10million from Accel and Celesta Capital
About the Role
We e seeking self-driven Talent Acquisition Interns to develop and implement hiring strategies, build a strong talent pipeline, and manage the recruitment process for bulk hiring positions.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to meet business needs
- Develop, manage, and refine recruitment strategies to attract top talent in dynamic environments
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to fill the vacant positions
- Identify passive candidates through research, networking, and talent mapping
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Independent thinker, quick decision maker, and problem solver
- A quick learner with an understanding of business needs and alignment with candidate skills
- A self-driven attitude and the ability to work under tight deadlines
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
