• Source top-quality candidates from various job portals like LinkedIn and other job boards to identify and attract qualified candidates.
• Conduct thorough screening to assess candidates suitability for open positions.
• Schedule interviews, collect feedback, and assist in closing recruitment loops.
• Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Proficiently use applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage the recruitment process, from the initial application to the offer stage.
