The Talent Acquisition Intern will provide valuable support to the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates for various roles within the company. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and employer branding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by helping with job postings, candidate sourcing, and resume screening.
- Candidate Engagement: Help coordinate communication with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial contact to final interview stages.
- Interview Scheduling: Assist in scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely coordination.
- Candidate Sourcing: Use job boards, social media, and other platforms to identify potential candidates for open roles.
- Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Creation: Collaborate with hiring managers to draft and update job descriptions for various roles.
- Employer Branding: Assist in the development of content for social media and job boards to promote the company as an employer of choice.
- Data and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment data to help assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor) and job boards is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
