The TA Intern - Vendor Management will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and managing relationships with manpower agencies to ensure timely and efficient resource deployment. This role will involve collaborating with external agencies, maintaining a database of deployed workforce, and overseeing their performance to align with organizational needs and project requirements.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manpower Agency Management:
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard suitable manpower agencies based on organizational requirements and project specifications.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with external manpower agencies, acting as the primary point of contact for all related inquiries.
Coordination & Communication:
- Ensure smooth communication with manpower agencies, addressing concerns and facilitating prompt issue resolution.
- Coordinate with agencies to ensure the timely deployment of resources as per project timelines and staffing needs.
Workforce Tracking & Management:
- Maintain a detailed and up-to-date database of deployed workforce, including attendance records, productivity, and performance metrics.
- Regularly monitor and assess the workforce’s performance to ensure alignment with organizational standards and project objectives.
Performance Monitoring & Feedback:
- Provide constructive feedback to manpower agencies regarding the performance of deployed resources.
- Collaborate with agencies to implement training initiatives and development programs to improve workforce quality and operational efficiency.
Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure that all deployed resources comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare regular reports on workforce deployment, performance metrics, and any issues related to manpower agencies for management review.
Skills & Requirements:
1. Any Bachelors/Masters degree (A degree in human resource management is desirable)

3. Strong Convincing, analytical and problem-solving skills
