We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. In this role, you will assist in sourcing, screening, and engaging with potential candidates to support the recruitment process. This internship offers hands-on experience in talent acquisition and an opportunity to gain valuable insights into the hiring process within a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing and Screening
- Assist in identifying potential candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels.
- Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates for various roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Communicate interview details and provide necessary follow-ups to candidates.
- Candidate Engagement & Update and maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure all recruitment data is accurate and up to date.
- Assist in creating job postings and promoting open roles on various platforms.
- Contribute to recruitment campaigns and initiatives to attract top talent.
RequirementsQualifications and Skills
Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed UG/PG course from 2023/2024 batch.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with ATS tools or job boards (preferred but not mandatory).
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive and willing to learn new processes.
