Recruitment Strategy:
o Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
o Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
Candidate Sourcing:
o Utilize various sourcing methods, including online channels, social media, and professional networks, to identify and engage qualified candidates.
o Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Candidate Screening:
o Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure alignment with job requirements and cultural fit.
o Coordinate and conduct interviews, both virtual and in-person, with candidates.
Collaboration:
o Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their team dynamics and hiring preferences.
o Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to enhance the recruitment process.
Employer Branding:
o Contribute to the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives.
o Represent the company at job fairs, industry events, and other networking opportunities.
Process Improvement:
o Continuously assess and improve the recruitment process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
o Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Executive or similar role.
3. Familiarity with current recruitment technologies and trends.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
6. Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies.
7. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
8. Professional certification in HR or Talent Acquisition (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) is a plus.
