About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring (non-IT roles)
Source, screen, and schedule interviews efficiently
Maintain candidate pipelines and hiring reports
Ensure excellent candidate experience
Collaborate with hiring managers for closures within deadlines
Requirements:
1+ year experience in recruitment (bulk hiring, non-IT)
Strong communication skills in English and Kannada
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
