Shift Time - 06:30 PM to 04:00 AM (IST) Night Shift.

Work Days - 5 days

SUMMARY:-

We are looking for candidates who must have excellent communication skills.

• Grammatical and fluency in English is a must.

• Willing to work in the night shift.

• Should be a quick learner.

• A general idea about recruitment preferred.

• Follow up with the candidate and client in each stage and finally closing the candidate.

ROLE:- To handle end-to-end US Healthcare recruitment cycle of clients in the US-for All time zones..

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Will be working on Pharma/Healthcare Direct client requirements on a day-to-day basis.

• Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for Healthcare clients in the US.

• Responsible for searching and recruiting the candidates on various skills set as per the job specifications.

• Thoroughly understanding and working on the requirements of the client and fulfill them through various sources like job portals, references, headhunting, networking sites.

• Conducting initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level.

• Ensuring that an adequate number of qualified candidates are submitted for all assigned client requirements on time.
