Supply Chain Executive

About the Role:

As a Supply Chain Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless coordination between procurement, logistics, and operations. You will oversee material flow, vendor coordination, and order fulfillment processes to optimize cost, quality, and delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate order fulfillment from receipt to dispatch, ensuring timely delivery.

• Manage vendor and transporter relationships for cost-effective logistics operations.

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability at all locations.

• Create and maintain purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes.

• Prepare and analyze daily/weekly supply chain MIS reports.

• Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and operations teams to resolve bottlenecks.

• Track KPIs such as on-time delivery, lead time, and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehousing, or MHE (Material Handling Equipment).

• Strong Excel and analytical abilities; familiarity with ERP/WMS preferred.

• Excellent coordination and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.

Preferred Experience:

• Exposure to manufacturing or industrial supply chain environments.

• Knowledge of material movement, storage, and vendor billing cycles.
