The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading a team of employees, ensuring productivity targets are met, and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive team performance and operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, coordinate, and support the daily activities of team members in the assigned department.
• Monitor employee performance, provide coaching and feedback, and enforce company policies.
• Plan and allocate work assignments based on workload and operational priorities.
• Ensure all operations are carried out in a safe, efficient, and compliant manner.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, productivity, and quality metrics.
• Conduct team meetings and briefings to communicate goals, updates, and expectations.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve workflow or resource issues.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to operational efficiency.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports and escalate issues to management as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in [Business, Engineering, or relevant field] preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Solid understanding of workflow management, safety standards, and quality control.
• Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, ERP systems).
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
