1. Ensure all chemicals are stored, handled, and dispensed in strict accordance with safety guidelines.
2. Ensure technicians have access to all required preparation, materials, and functional service tools according to service SOPs.
3. Perform basic maintenance checks on store equipment and report any malfunctions.
4. Oversee the proper labeling and segregation of chemicals and conduct daily safety checks of storage areas and equipment and ensure damaged materials are disposed of.
5. Proactively monitor and manage inventory levels of all cleaning materials, especially hazardous substances, to ensure sufficient stock to support incoming jobs.
6. Collaborate with the operations team to understand upcoming job schedules and forecast material requirements accurately.
7. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports, consumption analyses, and safety compliance reports for management.
8. Periodic on-field visits with delivery partners to evaluate the effectiveness and appropriate use of cleaning materials during jobs and identify training needs or operational gaps.
