Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations including inventory, stock levels, and product displays
• Supervise receiving, storing, and issuing of goods
• Monitor and maintain stock accuracy through regular audits and inventory checks
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely replenishment
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Support in training and guiding junior store staff
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally
• Prepare reports on stock movement, sales, and shrinkage
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and security regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in retail or store management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in MS Office and inventory management systems
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed

Work Environment:

• Retail or warehouse setting depending on the company
• Active, hands-on role requiring time on the sales floor or store floor
