As a Startup Customer Onboarding Specialist, youll have the exclusive opportunity to work closely with founders and CXOs of fast-growing startups. Youll be their trusted advisor, guiding them through the onboarding process and helping them unlock the full potential of our cutting-edge marketing automation platform.


What youll do:

Champion the onboarding and success of our startup customers
Build strong relationships with founders and be a key player in their growth stories
Tailor the onboarding experience to match each startups unique needs and priorities
Recommend the right use-cases based on the startups growth stage and marketing goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and deliver exceptional results
Create engaging resources and documentation to empower founders during onboarding
Leverage your expertise to suggest and implement proven use-use casescases for startups.

What we look for:

2-4 years of experience in customer onboarding, preferably with startups and SaaS companies
A passion for working with early-stage startups and helping them grow
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to adapt quickly to the evolving needs of startups
Experience in setting up reporting and analytics for seamless onboarding tracking
Familiarity with omnichannel marketing and recommending relevant use-cases
A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
