• Enable Product Development : Part Setup, Hardware Availability at respective sites for Testing & Qualification. Availability of Sort, Product & Qual Test Programs and other related screening measures.
• Production and yield monitoring with respect to technology, product and per business needs.
• Help & Analyse root cause for deviations from production targets as quality, performance or cost by co-ordinating with different stakeholders
• Data analysis (assessment, correlation, investigations)
• Support productivity improvement topics at Manufacturing & Test leading to product line profit margin improvement .
• Drive and implement innovation methodology activities in product engineering
• Run Global Cross Functional Team Meetings to ensure product development activities are on track.

Your Profile

• A Bachelors-degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, with 8+ years of relevant Work experience in the semiconductor industry, OR
• A Masters-degree in Electronics / Microelectronics / VLSI or related fields plus 5+ Years of relevant working experience within the semiconductor industry
• Ability to adapt , bootstrap to project needs and attitude to learn new concepts in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge about IC manufacturing and production flow including processing , assembly, production test and qualification
• Programming skills in Perl/Python for Automation . Any other programming skills is a plus.
• Hands-on experience/exposure on data analysis, statistic methods as well as data base handling using Semiconductor production data statistical tools
• Good knowledge/understanding of measurement, validation or design of electronic systems
• Good command of English language
• Ability to work across different time zones and work with multi-cultural teams
