Role overview 

As a  Senior Work Transformation Engineer will focus on O365 (Microsoft 365) deployment, support, and presales activities. The role demands technical expertise, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to bridge business requirements with cutting-edge IT solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute deployment projects for Microsoft 365 solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs and industry best practices.
• Provide advanced technical support for O365 tools, including troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support presales efforts, including solution demonstrations, technical presentations, and responding to RFPs.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and recommend O365 solutions that enhance productivity and collaboration.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, implementation guides, and support procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with O365 updates, emerging features, and best practices to provide proactive solutions and recommendations.
• Train and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and knowledge transfer.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in O365 deployment, support, and presales activities.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and related administration tools.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, with hands-on experience in configuring and managing O365 solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in client-facing roles.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Microsoft 365 certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert).
• Experience with hybrid deployment environments and integration with existing infrastructure.
• Familiarity with scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell) for O365 management.
• Demonstrated experience in contributing to presales strategies and client engagement.
