Manage Regional Sales, Growth of Diffused Business for the retail division in Home and Distribution Business Unit
- Reach the growth ambition of bringing Schneider Electric amongst the Top 3 brands in retail segment
- Establish new channels of growth: Home Automation and EV
- Geographic Expansion: Expand the retail operations across India to Tier 2/3 cities
- Build, Train, Motivate and Manage Sales Team
- Build Sales Strategy and Implementation to the last mile
- Develop business through by expanding channel and POS
- Manage financial health of region
- Carry Out multiple connect programs across the year to drive sales
- Create, Run and settle schemes
- Achieve profitability goals for the region
- Drive & Manage the Channels and key Influencers, Distributors, Key Retailers & Electricians
- Infuse the Retail DNA in the team
- Create pull through POS Animation and demand generation actions like electrician meets, retailer meets, distributor meets

- Lead a direct team of 10+ sales people and ~20 Feet on Street sales people
