Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and digital channels.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored product or service recommendations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to follow up on campaigns and leads.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, product developments, and competitors.
  • Mentor and support junior sales team members, sharing best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5 years of inside sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling [insert industry/product, e.g., SaaS, IT services, manufacturing solutions].
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies like SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale, or MEDDIC.
