Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage primary market research (PMR) projects from proposal to final delivery.
- Design quantitative and qualitative research methodologies tailored to client objectives.
- Develop questionnaires, discussion guides, and sampling plans.
- Liaise with fieldwork vendors for survey execution, data collection, and quality control.
- Analyze primary research data using statistical and analytical tools.
- Translate data into clear, compelling insights and strategic recommendations.
- Prepare and deliver client-ready presentations and reports.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (analytics, consulting, project management) to align on project goals and deliverables.
- Support business development through proposal writing, research scoping, and thought leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in primary market research, preferably in a client-facing or consulting environment.
- Strong grasp of research methodologies (quantitative and qualitative).
- Proficiency in survey programming tools (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey) and data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, Excel, R).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and storytelling ability with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders under tight deadlines.
Preferred Experience & Skills:
- Experience in a specific domain (e.g., healthcare, technology, financial services).
- Exposure to global markets and multi-country research studies.
- Familiarity with secondary research and desk analysis (optional).
- Knowledge of statistical modeling or advanced analytics a plus.
