Role: Delivery Consultant

Location: Chennai, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Pune, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Chandigarh, Delhi NCR & PAN India

About the Role

You will be responsible for solving all operational challenges arising during the car procurement process, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure process alignment. They are

critical in ensuring the completion of supply targets, allowing for a high-quality customer experience.

An ideal candidate would be a hardworking, and enterprising individual, with excellent analytical and communication skills. Interested candidates must have an ingenious, scientific approach to problems, backed by a strong outcome-oriented point of view.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Ensuring that procured cars match Spinnys required quality standards

Securing required documentation from the sellers, facilitating a smooth procurement process

Addressing customer queries and concerns

Procuring the cars from customers (from sellers to the store), and solving any operational challenges that may arise

Providing insight and feedback to the Spinny team to facilitate continuous improvement

Securely maintaining the procured car and its documents throughout the process and submit nearby Spinny Hub
