Connect with Training & Placement Officers (TPOs) of various colleges and institutions. Brief TPOs about the Soft Skill and Training Courses offered by Rubicon. Schedule training sessions. Act as an intermediary between TPOs and the company to enhance the network for Rubicon. Scope of Learning:
Gain exposure in building a network of TPOs as a fresher. Develop communication and management skills with various TPOs and Campus Drives. Opportunity to advance to a Team Leader role with good performance.
