Job Title: Specialist Institutional Business

Location: Work from Home
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Remuneration:
Contract Period: Rs. 8,500/- for 2 Months
Post Confirmation: Rs. 12,000/-
Job Type: Contract with potential for full-time employment
Qualifications:
Any Graduate can apply
MBA in Marketing (preferred)
Experience:
Freshers are welcome
Minimum 6 months of experience in Marketing & Sales (preferred)

Ability to simplify content
Team Player & Target Oriented
Must be able to communicate with TPOs
Must be able to collaborate with other departments
Must have a laptop and internet connection
Ready for immediate joining
Roles and Responsibilities:
Connect with Training & Placement Officers (TPOs) of various colleges and institutions.
Brief TPOs about the Soft Skill and Training Courses offered by Rubicon.
Schedule training sessions.
Act as an intermediary between TPOs and the company to enhance the network for Rubicon.
Scope of Learning:
Gain exposure in building a network of TPOs as a fresher.
Develop communication and management skills with various TPOs and Campus Drives.
Opportunity to advance to a Team Leader role with good performance.
