Ensure daily posting of all payment and adjustments.
Perform quality audit for accuracy of payment postings.
2-3 Years of experience in Health insurance-preferably in payments, Allocation, Claims processing
Flexible in shifts and weekends.
Provide introductory and ongoing training and education to Team.
Organizes, directs, and manages activities of oversight projects.
Research unpaid items and update records, accordingly, ensuring accounts are updated accurately.
Ability to understand various policy clauses and coverages.
Skills Required:
MS office skills
Fair knowledge of health insurance Terminologies
Knowledge of Data Analysis
Ability to perform under pressure.
Intercommunication skills and Team player.
Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong understanding of claim management system.
