Requirements:
2–5 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing
Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills
Solid understanding of paid media strategies and performance metrics
Proficiency with:
Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager
Google Analytics, UTM tracking
Social scheduling tools (Buffer, Later, Hootsuite, etc.)
Working knowledge of design & editing tools (Canva, Adobe Spark, CapCut, InShot, etc.)
Strong understanding of SEO basics as it applies to social media
Video editing and basic motion graphics experience is a big plus
Experience running influencer or collaboration campaigns
Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
A creative thinker with a passion for trends, memes, and viral content
Bonus: Knowledge of email marketing and basic content marketing principles
