
About the Role
We’re looking for a creative, trend-savvy Social Media Executive to own and grow our brand presence across platforms. If you live on Instagram, think in reels, and love turning ideas into scroll-stopping content, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
1. Platform Management: Plan, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X/Twitter using Meta Business Suite and other scheduling tools.
2. Content Creation: Design static posts, carousels, stories, and short-form video reels using Canva. Write engaging captions, hooks, and CTAs.
3. Community Engagement: Monitor DMs/comments, respond to audience queries, and build an active community.
4. Analytics & Reporting: Track key metrics — reach, engagement, follower growth, CTR. Prepare weekly performance reports and suggest improvements.
5. Trend Spotting: Stay updated with social media trends, algorithm changes, meme formats, and competitor activity. Pitch timely content ideas.
6. Campaign Support: Assist in paid campaigns, influencer coordination, and product/feature launches.
Must-Have Skills
* Hands-on experience with Canva and Meta Business Suite
* Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn content
* Excellent written English + basic copywriting skills
* Basic video editing for reels — cuts, captions, trending audio
* Analytical mindset — can read insights and derive actions
Nice-to-Have
CapCut/Adobe Express, Later/Buffer, basic knowledge of SEO & hashtags, photography
