Skin Trainer
- Develop and maintain comprehensive training programs (manuals, demos, e-learning) on skin anatomy, treatments, and products
- Conduct interactive sessions: group workshops, hands-on demos, one-on-one coaching .
- Evaluate trainee performance via assessments, feedback, metrics, and adjust content accordingly .
- Stay current on skincare trends, ingredients, and treatment innovations
- Support product launches and marketing efforts—collaborating with marketing, sales, and R&D teams
- Maintain training records, effectiveness reports, and provide post-training support
- Represent the brand at events, workshops, franchise training, and trade shows
- Review and score answers in your domain.
- Generate expert-level content that models struggle with.
- Work asynchronously on a deliverable basis, not fixed hours
