About the Role:

We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Site Supervisor to manage the daily operations and maintenance of our ETP, STP, WTP, and wastewater treatment plants. If you e passionate about environmental safety, plant performance, and team management, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Oversee day-to-day plant operations (ETP/STP/WTP)

🔹 Monitor water quality, chemical usage & process parameters

🔹 Ensure safety, compliance, and documentation as per PCB norms

🔹 Lead a team of plant operators and technicians

🔹 Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and technical support

🔹 Maintain records, daily logs, and performance reports

Who You Are:

✅ Diploma/B. Tech in Environmental, Civil, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering

✅ 1–3 years of hands-on experience in wastewater treatment operations

✅ Strong leadership, troubleshooting & communication skills

✅ Knowledge of MBBR, SBR, RO, UF, SCADA (preferred)

✅ Safety and environment-focused mindset
