Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Full-cycle recruitment: draft job ads, screen candidates, schedule interviews, coordinate onboarding/offboarding
- Manage physical and digital employee records: contracts, attendance, leave, and personal data
- Coordinate onboarding orientations, trainings, and exit procedures
- Serve as first point of contact for employee queries on policies, benefits, HR processes, and employee relations
- Assist payroll data gathering—attendance, absence, benefits, reimbursements
- Draft HR documentation: offer letters, appointment letters, warning letters, policy memos
Administrative / Site Operations
- Oversee office/site administration: supplies, cleaning, equipment, vendor coordination, facility upkeep
- Assist with travel or logistics arrangements for site staff visits
- Manage petty cash, expense tracking, vendor invoicing
- Support coordination for site events, meetings, and trainings
Legal Compliance & Reporting
- Maintain adherence to labor laws, site safety policies, and organizational HR protocols
- Generate HR and admin-related metrics and reports: headcount, attendance, vacancies, grievances
- Maintain audit-ready compliance documentation and registers
Employee Engagement & Coordination
- Assist with employee engagement efforts, welfare activities, and recognition programs
- Support performance management cycles: collecting evaluation data, organising feedback sessions
