We’re looking for a Site Architect to join our execution team for high-quality residential projects. If you have strong on-site experience and a passion for architecture, this is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Monitor and supervise architectural execution on-site as per approved GFC drawings

🔹 Coordinate with design architects, structural, MEP consultants, and site engineers

🔹 Ensure accurate implementation of architectural details, finishes, and materials

🔹 Review and approve shop drawings, mock-ups, and material samples

🔹 Identify and resolve design/execution discrepancies with practical solutions

Requirements:

🎓 B.Arch with 4–6 years’ experience (minimum 2 years on-site)

🛠️ Strong knowledge of construction detailing & finishes

📐 Proficient in AutoCAD & MS Office (Revit is a plus)

🏘️ Experience in premium and high rise residential projects preferred
