Oracle Siebel CRM At least 5 years of experience in implementation.
• Understanding of Siebel design process and application architecture principles
• Should be prepared to work on any engagement (Support, development,
Implementation) as required.
• Mandatory hands-on experience in Siebel Configuration, eScripting, Workflow
Process Management.
• Desired - Experience on Siebel versions 20 or above will be an advantage
• Desired - Understanding of the Siebel data models.
• Desired - FDR file analysis skill will be added advantage.
• Desired - Hands-on experience with reporting using OBIEE or BIP.
• Desired - Hands-on experience in Siebel Integration using Siebel EAI for inbound
and outbound web services.
• Training – delivering hands-on and virtual training sessions, support workshops,
