Service Advisor (EV)

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and understand their EV service or repair requirements.
• Create job cards and provide accurate cost and time estimates.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service completion.
• Keep customers updated on job progress and vehicle status.
• Conduct final inspection and deliver vehicles ensuring service quality.

Requirements:

• Diploma / B.Tech in Automobile or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience with EV vehicles (Mahindra EV preferred).
• Excellent communication and technical knowledge.
• Customer-focused with strong service orientation.
