Service Advisor – Automobile Workshop

Location: Bangalore / Ahmedabad

Experience: 2–5 years

Role Overview

Acts as the key link between customers and service technicians, ensuring high customer satisfaction and workshop efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand service requirements.

• Prepare job cards and estimate repair costs.

• Coordinate with technicians for timely vehicle servicing.

• Ensure quality checks before vehicle delivery.

• Upsell value-added services & AMC packages.

• Handle customer feedback and service complaints.

Requirements

• Diploma / BE in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.

• Workshop/service advisor experience preferred.

• Good customer-handling skills.
