Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a talented and passionate content writer to join our growing HR technology startup. You will be responsible for creating high-quality content that educates, informs, and engages our target audience of HR professionals and business leaders.

Develop and implement content strategy for our website, blog, social media channels, and marketing materials
Write engaging and informative blog posts, articles, and other forms of content that educate and informs potential customers
Writing case studies and success stories showcasing how the technology has helped other businesses, building trust and credibility
Conduct keyword research for optimizing content for search engines (SEO) to ensure our content appears at the top of search results for relevant keywords
Create social media content that is relevant, shareable, and drives traffic to our website
Writing personalized content for email outreach and marketing campaigns
Writing scripts for promotional videos, tutorials, and explainer videos
Creating content that addresses current trends and challenges in the HR industry, positioning Spire as a leader in innovation
Collaborate with other team members, including marketing, sales, and product development, to create effective content campaigns

Preferred candidate profile

Masters degree in English, journalism, marketing, or a related field
3 to 7 years of experience writing content
Strong understanding of SEO best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for HR technology and the future of work
