Clinical Patient Management

─ Conduct full assessments, diagnose and treat inpatients/outpatients.

─ Perform emergency and routine procedures like IV lines, intubation, biopsies, deliveries depending on specialty

─ Carry out both major and minor procedures (e.g. D&C, IUD insertion, cryosurgery, surgery under supervision)

─ Interpret lab tests, imaging, and maintain accurate medical records

Ward Rounds & Emergency Care

─ Lead daily rounds, manage emergency and elective cases, admit patients

Supervision & Teaching

─ Mentor junior doctors, interns, medical students, and supervise their clinical work

Audit, Research & Protocol Development

─ Engage in clinical audit, research activities, and develop departmental protocols

Quality & Leadership

─ Ensure compliance with clinical standards and participate in multidisciplinary teams
