Responsible for handling stores VIZ Planning & Preparation of material requirement as per production Plan , Preparation of Dispatches schedule, arranging dispatch of FG to Warehouse / Depots / Customers

Co-ordination with procurement team for material availability in time.

Co-ordination with Production & QMM related issue

Job-work account material sending & account reconciliation , Stock taking

Preparation & Downloading of Daily receipts & issues in SAP/S4 HANA 1709

Co-ordination with sales team to schedule on daily basis.

Responsible for arranging transport vehicle in co-ordination with union / Logistics / Supply chain.

Prepare invoice along with supporting Documents

Responsible for arranging loading of goods with contract worker.

Monitoring in-ward & out-ward material movement.

Negotiate and finalize with the cargo companies on rates and other terms and conditions.

Stores inventory Management & cycling counting of material on daily basis.

Ensure Proper utilization of storage space / racks MHEs

Ensure no generation of Dead Stock

Responsibility for compliance, Statutory , Legal , Safety Audit

Transporter & other bill passing
