Stay Updated:
Stay abreast of best practices and frameworks for content, social media, and messaging in B2B SaaS marketing.
Monitor emerging trends, channels, events, communities, trade, and industry bodies to influence the narrative on next-gen banking.
Follow competitors, influencers, and thought leaders in banking and fintech to build a comprehensive point of view and narrative.
Participate in weekly catchups with product, engineering, and sales leadership to stay informed about new features, engineering excellence, and upcoming sales opportunities.
Branding and Sales Enablement
Brand Positioning:
Drive awareness, engagement, and interest in Zeta Tachyon Suite through creative and impactful campaigns
Develop a clear, compelling value proposition that differentiates Zeta from competitors.
Drive continuous positioning, focusing on SEO efforts and media outreach.
Sales Support:
Connect regularly with sales leaders to understand the sales pipeline and marketing support required.
Develop sales collateral, pitch decks, and other materials that support the sales funnel and highlight the value of our solutions.
Campaign Development and Execution
Campaign Strategy:
Develop a strategic marketing roadmap, evaluating key goals for brand building and sales enablement in collaboration with marketing and business leaders.
Build a campaign calendar featuring company-wide lightning strikes, focused thunderbolts, content-led monsoon showers, and targeted ABM campaigns, ensuring top-of-mind recall among the target audience.
Build media plans for each campaign with a detailed activation calendar for each channel.
Content and Templates:
Build playbooks for different forms of brand activation across email marketing, events, social media, and performance marketing.
Collaborate with Creative CoE to create ready-to-deploy templates for landing pages, email campaigns, social ads, banners, case studies, whitepapers, and event collateral.
Execution and Performance:
Collaborate with Content, Design, Digital, PR, and Dev CoEs to create and deploy campaign collateral.
Work with the Project Management team to plan the timely execution of campaigns.
Oversee the creative production process by continuously providing direction and feedback.
Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and consistent brand representation across all collaterals.
Performance Dashboards:
Continuously monitor campaign performance and outcomes and provide direction to achieve campaign goals where required.
Develop dashboards to evaluate campaign performance by aggregating performance data from various channels.
Key Performance Indicators
Number of campaigns launched (Thunderbolts, ABM) - Campaign reach and engagement metrics
Volume and quality of content in Monsoon Campaigns (blogs, whitepapers, videos, etc.)
Content engagement rates (views, likes, shares, comments)
Brand awareness metrics (surveys, brand recall)
Number of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) generated - Conversion rate from MQLs to sales
Number of Sales collateral produced (pitch decks, case studies) - Qualitative Feedback of Sales Collateral
Accuracy and comprehensiveness of performance dashboards - Frequency and Timeliness of Reporting Actionable insights provided
Number of playbooks and templates created- Adoption and usage rate of these materials by the team
Website Traffic - SEO ranking
Performance of digital ads (click-through rates, conversion rates)
