Oversee and manage the gold loan operations within the division
Develop and implement strategies to achieve divisional targets and objectives
Monitor and analyze divisional performance, identifying areas for improvement
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Provide leadership and guidance to a team of gold loan Zonal Managers, Regional Managers and Area Managers.
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Branch Managers and Branch Staff.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve overall company goals
Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to make informed decisions
Prepare and present reports to senior management on divisional performance and initiatives.
