Excellent sourcing and headhunting skills.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent.
Sourcing Candidates: Use various sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking events) to identify and engage qualified candidates.
Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, coordinate technical assessments, and lead interview panels to evaluate candidate qualifications.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the hiring process.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for current and future IT roles.
