Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior HR Recruiter to lead and execute the end-to-
end recruitment process for BPO and corporate roles. The ideal candidate will bring strategic insight
into hiring, manage a team of recruiters, and ensure timely and quality hiring to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for multiple business verticals.
- Work closely with business heads and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies for bulk and niche hiring.
- Conduct screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination for candidates.
- Mentor and guide junior recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
- Manage walk-in drives, campus recruitment, and mass hiring campaigns.
- Negotiate offers and manage candidate onboarding in coordination with HR operations.
- Track and report recruitment metrics — TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and source effectiveness.
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline to ensure timely closures.
- Collaborate with management on workforce planning and employer branding initiatives.
Requirements:
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree
- 3–6 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in BPO or bulk hiring.
- Proven experience in handling high-volume recruitment and team coordination.
- Strong knowledge of job portals, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
