Ensure the machine wise consumables availability.
Trigger the stress relieving & Grinding operations to prepare the input in advance.
Coordinate for the components cleaning from Durr machines.
Work allotment to Employees & impart training.
Daily coordination with PPT / Tool Room for Tools & Die Sets including “Kanban Stock”.
Preparation & circulation of daily production report to Manager

Achieve the FTA upto 95 %
Check the Input quality before taking up for production.
Carryout the inprocess inspection as per OPS frequency
Daily monitoring and collection of rejections & analysis
Track the Quality of lots at QC / IQF and understand.
Monitoring of rework and coordinate with IQF/ QC and plan to clear them.
Liasoning with Tool Room / QC / Standards Room for Die set Coordinates acceptance before production.
Timely calibration of Measuring Instruments & Gauges.
Effort towards zero customer complaint.
Maintain the COPQ is well within the norm.
