Take a hands-on approach to concept creation, initial designs, and revisions. 

Maintain design excellence and UX standards, pushing for innovation within the team. 

Collaboration & Communication 

Work closely with junior, mid-level, senior, and freelance designers to ensure seamless execution of projects. 

Attend client meetings to understand their objectives, budget, and design preferences. 

Partner with project managers to present designs and address client inquiries. 

Research & Development 

Stay updated with the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance creativity and workflow 

Explore new design methodologies, UX strategies, and agile design workflow to elevate PRONIX Tech’s digital presence. 

Educate and mentor fellow designers, sharing knowledge on new design techniques and tools. 

Process & Productivity 

Contribute to agile design processes by adopting modern design tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD. 

Help the sales team by providing insights into design trends that could attract potential clients. 

Accurately track work hours using the companys time-tracking software.
