1. Verification Planning & Strategy: Develop comprehensive verification plans by collaborating with design, architecture, and software teams to define test scenarios and dependencies.
2. Testbench Development: Create and enhance constrained-random verification environments using SystemVerilog and Universal Verification Methodology (UVM).
3. Formal Verification: Utilize SystemVerilog Assertions (SVA) and industry-leading formal tools to formally verify designs.
4. Debugging & Coverage Closure: Identify and resolve design issues through simulation debugging; ensure coverage metrics are met to validate design functionality.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, architecture, software, silicon validation, and back-end implementation teams to make informed technical decisions.
6. Low Power Verification: Drive Unified Power Format (UPF)-based low-power verification to ensure power efficiency in designs.
7. Automation & Scripting: Develop automation scripts to support verification methodologies and enhance efficiency.
8. Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior verification engineers, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing.
