Analyze fleet operations, performance metrics, and business data to drive decision-making.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, technology) to identify business gaps and opportunities.

Design and implement dashboards, reports, and forecasting models for strategic planning.

Translate business needs into technical requirements for product/tech teams.

Provide actionable insights to enhance efficiency, cost optimization, and customer satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements:

6–8 years of experience in Business Analysis, preferably in the fleet/transport/logistics industry.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in data tools (Advance Excel, SQL, power BI tools).

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
