We are seeking an Assistant Manager - Control Tower with a strong analytical background to
join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing in-depth data analysis,
writing SQL queries, and creating dashboards on BI tools to help monitor and improve
business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and trends for business
operations.

Write complex SQL queries to generate custom reports and data visualizations.
Develop and maintain dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, etc.) for
various teams across the company.

Monitor key metrics and provide timely reports to ensure smooth and efficient
business operations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making
processes.

Identify and troubleshoot data-related issues and discrepancies.
Qualifications and Skills:

B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
1-3 years of work experience in SQL and analytics is preferred.
Proficiency in SQL coding for data manipulation, reporting, and analysis.
Hands-on experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for dashboard creation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
Ability to communicate technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
