Candidate must have led at led 4 to 5 Projects as a PM and Scrum Master (both are required skills)
Candidate should have at least 3 to 4 yrs of AM Project experience and should be experienced in managing AM Projects
Should be ready to work on Support Project and in second shift
Must have ability to manage client and lead on Functional and technical front to guide and mentor development team.
Excellent soft skills and client facing experience.
Good to have knowledge in J2EE.
Must have good experience in estimations and delivery using Agile scrum life cycle.


Primary Skills
Candidate must be CSM & PMP Certified
Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Crystal, XP etc.)
Project management experience
Background in sales and customer service is a plus
Proficient in MS Office and CRM/project management software
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Customer-oriented approach


Secondary Skills
Candidate should be at least EM1 Certified
