We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead and oversee the successful implementation of SAP solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing SAP projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and deep knowledge of SAP modules and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution: Develop and manage SAP project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Stakeholder Management: Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to define project requirements and expectations.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues proactively.
• Budget & Resource Management: Monitor project budgets, optimize resource allocation, and control costs.
• SAP Implementation & Integration: Oversee the configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP modules such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP HCM, etc.
• Agile & Waterfall Methodologies: Utilize appropriate project management methodologies to ensure smooth project execution.
• Team Leadership: Guide project teams, assign tasks, and ensure efficient collaboration between developers, consultants, and business users.
• Quality Assurance & Testing: Ensure thorough system testing, UAT, and validation before go-live.
• Change Management & Training: Develop change management strategies, train end-users, and facilitate smooth adoption of SAP solutions.
• Post-Implementation Support: Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in SAP project management, with at least 3-5 years leading SAP implementations.
• Strong expertise in SAP modules (SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP SD, etc.).
• Experience with project management tools like MS Project, JIRA, or SAP Solution Manager.
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• SAP certification (e.g., SAP Activate Project Manager, PMP, ITIL, or PRINCE2).
• Experience in SAP cloud solutions and integration with third-party systems.
• Knowledge of data migration, security, and compliance requirements in SAP projects.
