Job Description
  • Work closely with the stakeholders to train the current team and the new hires.
  • Managing the sales training charter for the sales team.
  • Build the content & drive the training effectiveness ( train as per business metrics).
  • Process training excellence - Build, monitor and improve processes.
  • Stakeholder Management / Consensus Building - Align training as per business needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest sales trends, tools, and techniques to ensure training material remains relevant.
  • Work closely with sales managers and leaders to align training initiatives with business goals.
  • Collaborate with product teams to ensure comprehensive product training for the sales force.
  • Track and report on training activities and outcomes.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas that may require additional training or support.
