Job Description
  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided leads.
  • Explain products or services in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or promotions.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of conversations.
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
  • Maintain customer database and update call logs in CRM software.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to improve sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or a similar sales/customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Fluent in [language requirements, e.g., English, Hindi, etc.].
