
Sales Team Leader
The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing a team of sales executives, ensuring target achievement, and maintaining high-quality customer interactions. This role requires strong leadership skills, product knowledge, and the ability to motivate and guide the team in a fast-paced BPO environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Monitor team performance through regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews.
Ensure adherence to sales scripts, processes, and quality standards.
Track and report sales metrics, conversion rates, and productivity.
Handle escalated customer calls and resolve issues effectively…
Maintain discipline, attendance, and workflow management for the team
Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance productivity and performance.
Mandatory Key Skills:
1. Team Leadership - Ability to coach, mentor, and manage support teams under pressure.
2. Technical Knowledge - Basic understanding of Windows, MS Office, Active Directory, VPN, remote desktop tools, etc.

Work Timings: Rotational Shift & Rotational off
