JOB DESCRIPTION: Key Responsibilities: • Learn and Understand Our Products & their compelling stories. Keep abreast with emerging development in the field. • Daily Interactions with Doctors and Hospital Owners to prospect New Customers and Business Opportunities and to develop and sustain long-term relationships with owners. • Demonstrate product application before & after sales that leads to orders volumes in the assigned accounts/territory. • Coordinate orders and sales forecasts within the applicable sales funnel tools and reports for in their assigned territory/accounts. • Work closely with sales team within the assigned area and contribute to account plans at accounts covered by account managers/executives. • Identify opportunity for sales leads from Installed Base


JOB SPECIFICATION: Designation Trainee Modality Ultrasound
Qualification any qualification (preferably BBA or MBA)
Should have passion to build career in Healthcare Sales.
Skills Candidate should be ready to travel without any boundary should possess excellent presentation & articulation skills to be able to present ideas to customers
Duration of Apprenticeship 6 Months Monthly Stipend For the first 6 Months, stipend will be upto 2.5 LPA for fresher’s.
Benefits Personal Insurance Travel and Lodging towards Customer Visits will be compensated by the organization Mode of Service Contract Agreement Training Process & Evaluation
The Trainees will attend trainings- Classroom, Technical, Functional, Soft Skills, On The Job Training etc and their performances will be evaluated.
At the end of their Apprenticeship, basis their performance and business requirements, their final locations and compensation will range from 3.0 LPA to 3.5 LPA Basis their performance they will be on-boarded on Companys payroll as full-time employees and will enjoy benefits like PF, ESI and other Company perks and benefits.
