Your duties will include:
▪ Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel, sales forecast, win/loss rates, quota
attainment, compensation, and incentive plans
▪ Create monthly content for executive and business review presentations
▪ Partner with sales executives to create and maintain sales forecasting models and data
▪ Refine market segmentation and assist with territory management
▪ Help with training, onboarding, and mentoring new sales representatives
▪ Help make data-driven decisions and recommendations for improving the sales funnel and
process
▪ Determine how sales opportunities are tracking against plan and identify any problems for
internal review and problem solving
▪ Oversees the management and use of the sales automation tools and platforms that can
improve sales effectiveness

Requirements:
▪ Excellent communication (verbal and written), organizational, and presentation skills
▪ 3+ YOE with a proven track record of success in sales and marketing roles with B2B enterprise
SaaS companies
▪ Ability to understand high-level sales strategies, translate them into system and process
requirements, and ensure local execution and business impact
▪ Experience running sales operations including proficiency with Salesforce and familiarity with
other sales software automation tools
▪ Excellent hands on experience with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI tools
▪ Understands best practices for leveraging company/customer/market data for sales and
marketing impact
▪ Experience utilizing project and change management methodologies
▪ A Bachelor’s/master’s degree in sales or business management
