Business Development Executive (BDE) Intern — Join the Techlusion Growth Team! 


Techlusion is a dynamic and growing IT consulting firm driven by innovation, collaboration, and results. Our team is made up of skilled professionals—from engineers to marketers—who are passionate about delivering real value through technology and strategy. We’re now expanding our Business Development team and are looking for motivated BDE Interns ready to dive into market research, lead generation, and growth-driven outreach. 


If you e an MBA student or a fresher with a strong desire to learn the ropes of B2B business development in the IT industry, this is the opportunity to sharpen your skills with real-world exposure. 


 


🌟 Key Responsibilities: 


  • Market Research: Analyze industries, identify potential data, and generate lists using tools like Crunchbase, LinkedIn, and Upwork. 
  • Lead Generation: Find and qualify high potential leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and bidding platforms (Upwork, Fiverr). 
  • CRM & Data Management: Organize data and outreach activities with accuracy and timeliness. We are using Bigin, Zoho CRM to manage database. 
  • LinkedIn Engagement: Use LinkedIn for lead engagement, profile optimization, connection building, and InMail campaigns. 
  • Bidding Portals: Explore and assist in proposal writing and lead conversion through platforms like Upwork and Fiverr. 
  • Email Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing cold email outreach campaigns. 
  • Cold Calling (Optional): Gain exposure to telephonic outreach (not mandatory, but a bonus skill). 
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the business team and get direct mentorship from senior team members. 

 


🧠 What We’re Looking For: 


  • MBA pursuing candidates (or recent graduates) with an interest in sales, marketing, or business development. 
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal. 
  • Hands-on experience or familiarity with LinkedIn, Crunchbase, Upwork, Fiverr, or similar platforms. 
  • Basic understanding of B2B sales and data mining strategies. 
  • Ability to conduct detailed market and data research
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
